Reply To: Scroll to container off put by header

I do not know Javascript. Do I need to make a specific code snippet for every link that scrolls to a container on the page or one generic? This issue occurs also with the standard “Customer Reviews” link right under the product title.
What would be the code to fix that one if the scroll offset was -100?
