Yes, I’m from pakistan.

You can use your slider in that html block which you used for your header banner. But it’s a tough thing to adjust the text block inside slides because header banner have very small height.

So if you want to adjust you can use your images in slider, slides as featured images which contains text as printed on images.

I can’t recommend any third party plugin, Because we did not test any third party plugin for this purpose.
