You can configure the design of the product page in the Theme Settings > Product page. You can set the full-width image https://prnt.sc/qc94gp

You will find Hide/Show elements tab, Tabs and Reviews allowing to determine which elements to should be on the product page.

Besides product page has its own local settings which will be applied to one product only https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-page-options/
