Please make sure you have deactivated and deleted the plugins which no more needed. Follow these instructions please https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/

If the problem remains, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and update the site admin access to the private area
