First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family :)

To translate footer with WPML. Add HTML block widgets into the Footer Column and then set the
language for each of them as shown https://prnt.sc/q2u1v4

For example if you have two languages. You need to create two separate HTML blocks on a different language, insert one in the footer area and the second into the translation.

Navigate to WPML > String Translation > Choose the admin_text_woodmart_option from the dropdown and find the title and the content block for the footer https://gyazo.com/a43159ffd2fa35b6afa4208306988c19
