First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :)

I saw the screenshot you provided.

1) To edit the Promo Pop up you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Pop up >> Promo popup text.

2) Then Edit the HTML Block edit there from Dashboard >> HTML BLOCKS.
