I saw the screenshots you attached. I visited your website. It seems that you are not using the latest version of theme and other recommended plugins. Please update WoodMart and recommended plugins to the latest version. Make sure you are using the latest version of PHP.

Disable server caching, deactivate the cache plugin, clear browser cache and check back. I hope this will fix the issue for you.
