Our support does not cover issues connected with the plugin. As a little exception, you show the screen. On the left, I see the HTML code of the subscription form, on the right I see its view. Please advise what wrong it is?

If you want to add a Privacy policy to the checkout page, you need to create the page in the WordPress default page editor and set it as the Privacy policy page in Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.
