I think it is your 3rd party plugin conflict issue. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from your site and activate only theme required plugins, I am sure your issue will be solved. After that activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

If still issue exists then please remain deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and tell me then I will check your site and solve the issue.
