I saw the screenshots you attached. The checkout page is controlled by WooCommerce and it only provides some options to edit the fields that you can check from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Checkout.

You can check and hide the options of the fields that are provided in the screenshot.

If you try to hide the checkout page fields using Custom CSS then the users will not be able to make any purchase from your website.

If you still want the CSS then provide with the URL of the website.
