1. I do not see the problem https://gyazo.com/2b8051cb819cf1e5cf25dbe5a3b42d06 your sidebar works as per your settings.

2. If the category page is empty the search bar appears it is the Woocommerce default feature. Delete the HTML block from the category description and check the search bar position.

3. Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Desktop:

max-width:1350px;
}

4. This is our demo special customization there is no such HTML block in templates.
