I saw the screenshot you attached.

1) To change the position of the sidebar on the shop page you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Sidebar & Page Title.

2) And for the add to cart remove please provide with relevant screenshot of the specific area you want to remove with the URL of the Page to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
