I saw the screenshot you attached.

The code [contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"] is a sign that the contact form specified by the shortcode couldn’t be found. Make sure you are using the correct shortcode.

For the information edit, It seems that you have added the contact form in the promo popup. To edit it you need to edit the HTML Block used in the promo popup text area under Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup.
