As I told you in one of the previous tickets if we apply CSS to change the size of and position of the it could disturb the alignment of the element on other devices because the Custom CSS for mobile area works for all the devices are the same and there is no option in theme settings to do it separately for devices.

To shorten the size of add to WishList to only WishList you need to use the loco translate plugin.
