Hello,

In order to show the reviews on the product grid, you need to set one of the following Hover on product effect:

1. Default Style: https://prnt.sc/snfrq3

2. Button on hover alternative https://prnt.sc/snfsfk

3. Standard buttons: https://prnt.sc/snft56

Also, the reviews may be shown with the number in the list type of the grid https://prnt.sc/snfts9

You can set the hover effect in the Theme Settings > shop page and switch Grid/List in the Theme Settings > shop page > Shop page layout
