Hello,

Please make the full backup of your site and upload the recent version of the theme from the ThemeForest and take this file woodmart/languages/woodmart.pot file. Then upload the file in the this route on your sever woodmart/languages and then click on “Sync” button.

You have two files of translation, remove one of them. https://prnt.sc/sqsu3v and check the issue.
