The Header color is changed in the row settings: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/

The Footer color is changed in the Theme Settings > Footer

If it does not work even with the disabled plugins, update your site admin access, I cannot login with the credentials provided.
