Reply To: Mobile Category Menu is not Populating

No, when we test the site on mobile, there is the menu at the top left represented by three lines when we click on the there are two tabs, the tab on the right says categories. When we click on categories there are direction on how to add them from the theme menu (even public sees these directions)

I have made many attempts to troubleshoot but I have had no luck.
