First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :)

Please try uploading the plugins using FTP or Cpanel. If you don’t have the plugins then you can download from the forum profile.

If you’re still unable then provide me with admin panel login and FTP details in the private content area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
