You have provided the Login URL and have not provided user and password, I can not view your site and check My Account page.

My Account page is a functional page, it is not editable. You can change icons with custom CSS, however, you cannot edit the fields. Perhaps there is a plugin allowing doing that.

If your page does not properly, provide full access to the site.
