First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

All the HTML blocks for the promo popups are imported with the demo import. You can access the promo pop HTML Blocks under Dashboard >> HTML Blocks.

If you are still unable to find your required one then provide with the screenshot of the promo banner you want with the admin panel login detail to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
