I have logged into your website.

It seems that you are not using the latest version of the theme and the recommended plugins and all the third party plugins are also activated. Please update the theme and the recommended plugins to the latest version.

Then deactivate all the third party plugins and then try to import the demo.

If you are still unable then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
