Please make sure that you have set Elementor in the Theme Settings > General.

Also, check if all the plugins (except WP bakery page builder) in the Appearance > Install plugins.

If the problem has not been solved, please provide your site admin access to the private area.

The file is uploaded by means of Tools > Import.
