What I recommend you is to make some walkthroug
Here some suggestion:
Product Ajax tab – Layout and Ajax – Add
Product Ajax tab – Layout and Ajax – Edit

You have some doc and video, but these are not complete walktrough.
The doc or video explain how to start but not how to complete.

I’m pretty sure if you create waltkthrough this will reduce 50% of the support questions.
