You can disable the categories in the shop page in the Theme Settings > Shop > Sidebar and titles: https://prnt.sc/12ufo7v

If you want to remove the whole tile you can do that in the page settings: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

Please note the product category pages inherit the shop page settings.
