Hello,
1. Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
2. The recent version of the theme has been changed considerably, please find more information here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/woodmart-update-6-0-explained/
3. Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
4. If the gallery still does not work, provide your site admin access to the private area.
