As for the first and second issues, WoodMart does not influence Woocommerce functionality.

Brands are disabled in the Theme Settings > Shop > Brands.

As for the fourth issue: HTML structure does not allow solving it by custom CSS. Such modification requires complicated woocommerce code customization which is not covered by our support.
