Size guide is a custom post of WoodMart, if you want to import/export from on-site on WoodMart to another, you can do it by means of tools > Import /export, there will be a list of all post types and you can choose what to import /export.

IF you are going to import third parties size guides, most likely they would be incompatible and you will have to recreate them from scratch.
