I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but the Row background video doesn’t allow such an option. And the Rows and Columns are Wp-Bakery bakery functionality and our theme doesn’t.

The video player element of Wp-Bakery page builder has this option but it doesn’t allow you to add content over it.
