Shipping functionality comes with WooCommerce plugin and not related to our theme. We suggest you to read the plugin’s documentation to find all the available options for the shipping on your website https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/
As for the multicurrency, so there is no such option in WooCommerce by default. You can use some extra plugin like WPML for this purpose.
