Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

This type of issue occurs due to the misconfiguration of the My Account Element in the header.

Please make sure that you have set the behaviour of My account the same for both desktop and mobile header Go to WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> Edit Account module >> Form Display >> Sidebar.

And for the mobile version you need to do the same but select the mobile icon on the right top.

Then clear cache and check back.

If you are still unable to do so then provide the admin panel login details of the website then we will fix the issue for you.
