What exactly I am supposed to check?

LOOK. I have paid to renew the support of your theme to resolve a few issues since your documentation is so poor and your support is very limited after purchase.
If you cannot help me find out what is wrong with the Shop page, then go home and shut the business down.

So, lets say, I install the theme you said. What I am checking?

I have paid for a e-commerce theme (AND extra for support) and I need help with the Shop page.

In many cases, you require the login details. for what reason?? I dont get it really.

Please check again what could be wrong and give back a more sustainable solution.
