WoodMart theme has been built to add those styles that are actually required for each certain page and not to load unnecessary styles. However, your styles file adds the plugin styles, the size of which cannot be controlled by the theme.

We would suggest you follow these steps:

1. Please check if you have configured everything as per the instruction in this article: https://space.xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021#Step_2

2. You need to check WP bakery page builder CSS generator and make sure you have disabled all the styles not necessary: https://prnt.sc/25sm6vp

3. Try to minimize the plugins which add their styles to the front-end of the site.
