Make sure that you connected your slide item with the “Fashion colored slider”. In order to check it, please navigate to Dashboard -> Slides -> All Items. In the slide item itself check the connection of the slide item with the “Fashion colored slider” in the “Sliders” area.

If it doesn’t help you, provide your site admin access to the private area. I will check your issue and find a solution.
