Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

.wd-product-filters li:not(.chosen) a:focus .filter-swatch.with-bg:after {
	opacity: 0;
}

.wd-product-filters li:not(.chosen) a:hover .filter-swatch.with-bg:after {
	opacity: 1;
}

We will fix that in our nearest update.
