Try to add the following code snippet to the functions.php file in the child theme.

remove_action(‘woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title’,’woocommerce_template_loop_rating’,5);
add_action(‘woocommerce_shop_loop_item_title’,’woocommerce_template_loop_rating’,5);
Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings.

display: block;
}
