Sorry for the inconvenience but we have checked this concern on our Test Site by adding the same Widget Image Box and it was working fine there. So, this clears the fact that it is not a Theme end issue.

At the bottom of the Site you can find that Section.

On your Site, the Image Box section is appearing fine under the Elementor editor which clears the fact that the Element is working fine on your Site otherwise it would have appeared messed up under the Elementor editor too. The CDN/Cloudflare that we mentioned we are noticing on your Site is showing through checking with extension: https://ibb.co/CmDyhg5

So, can you please once ask your Hosting Provider in this regard? If they can help you out with this CDN/Cloudflare enabled or not. If yes, then disable it for the time along with that clear your Site an Server cache too and then check back your Site again.
