Sorry to say but right now, the Theme has its own Popup element to use.

The HTML href change specifically comes under custom content for which right now it isn’t possible.

It would be better if you can use the Theme’s widget or look for any third party Plugin (if it is urgent).

Hope you can understand the limitations in this regard.
