It is located in the file wp-content/mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin/plugins/mwc-core/src/Analytics/Interceptors/ScriptEventDataInterceptor.php

As you can see, it is not related either to performance or security. It is somehow related to analytics so it can be safely disabled.
