Hello,
1. The issue is in the image, in your case you have the image with a light background so as a result, it stands out (check the below video).

2. As for the logo, on the home page you have enabled another header, you can change it via the settings of the “Home” page.

3. The “Default” link can be changed via Dashboard -> HTML Blocks -> Mega menu Shop.
