Sorry to say but right now for the Sale Label, there isn’t an option available in the Theme to add Text to the Sale Label. If you turn off the Sale Label in percentage option under the Theme Settings > Shop > Product Labels > “Sale” label in percentage > then it only shows the word SALE.

So, right now this is how it works. It requires Customization to change this and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
