Sorry to say but right now reCaptcha is not provided by the Theme yet and we haven’t tested out any in this regard too. The Theme doesn’t influence the spam account registration either.

So, you can try out any third party Plugin in this regard that best suits your needs.

Here is a personal suggestion not an official one, from our end which you can try out:
“Advanced Google reCAPTCHA”.
