Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Right now as we are seeing your Site, the changed Color on the Mobile bottom nav bar is appearing fine: https://snipboard.io/rKLgP4.jpg

Also, we haven’t received such a complaint yet that applying CSS would allow people to Log in to the Site. There isn’t such a thing or option available under the Theme.

Further, as you are using the Cache plugin WP Rocket on your Site. So, whenever you are trying to do some change on your Site, you need to Clear Cache too from the WP Rocket available option to preview the changes correctly.
