1- Regarding selecting different style for the Products, you can navigate to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Product archive > Products styles > there under the Hover on product > you can select the style that you want: https://xtemos.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/products-styles-wd-7-scaled.jpg

2- Regarding the mentioned concern, as you know the Archive pages come from WooCommerce end so right now there isn’t such Filter separately available which would give you an option of New and Used other than the Attribute creation and adding in Products way that you already know. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
