Did you once try updating the Theme required plugins under the Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins? Because the Theme pre-packaged plugins are updated from there. So, please check that once.

If you are still facing issues under that too, then please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.
