The products are related to WooCommerce so if you just change the theme, they will not be changed.

That export function in Theme Settings is for exporting its settings. So you can just click on the “Export options” button and all your settings will be exported to the JSON file.

In order to import it, you need to paste the content of this JSON into an Import area and click on the “Import” button.
