1. Now on your site the product columns are 3. You are using the custom layouts.When Custom Layouts enabled Archive pages which is why your made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect on that. Please edit the layout with page builder and customize it as per your requirements.

2. Go to products > edit product . In the “Inventory” tab, look for the option labeled ” Quantity.” Set this value to 1. If you want to apply this limit to multiple products, you will need to repeat these steps for each product individually.

6. I did not understand what you said. This is the breadcrumbs. Go to Theme Settings > Single Product > Elements > Breadcrumbs on the product page.
