Thanks for the update.

Are you sure it will address the issue since we spent 10 to 15 hours updating the theme and other plug-ins and if the issue persists, we will have wasted our time updating the theme and plug-ins.

If you are confident that upgrading the theme and plug-in will address the problem, we may devote our efforts to it.
