The menu itself can be changed via Appearance -> Menus: https://prnt.sc/gV8n9IKkCnmZ

2. As for the footer, navigate to Theme Settings -> Footerand adjust in which way you want to adjust it: https://prnt.sc/-n-d2EU0MAl3 if via widgets, navigate to Appearance -> Widgets and make changes here – https://prnt.sc/y0c71o8DYWRJ
