Navigate to Elementor -> Settings -> Integrations and disable the “Mini Cart Template” – https://prnt.sc/pBA0NvvLManQ
Sorry to say it is not possible to edit it with Elementor. Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Configure Shopping Cart Widget.
